What's in your food?
What ingredients do you use?
We use only whole-food ingredients — real proteins (chicken, beef, lamb, fish), fresh vegetables, fruits, and wholefood supplements. We never use rendered meat meals, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, or cheap grain fillers.
Are your products suitable for all breeds and ages?
Yes, our recipes are formulated to meet the nutritional levels established for all life stages and breeds.
Where are your products made?
Everything is crafted in small batches in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia. Australian-made, Australian-owned, always.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee on all orders Australia-wide. Simple and fair.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days for most of Australia. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and send tracking via email.

Photo it and email info@highlandhoundspetnutrition.com.au immediately. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
