Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (food), custom or personalised items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges Return the original item first, then place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@highlandhoundspetnutrition.com.au.
