Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 Australia-wide. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

      NSW — 2–5 business days

      VIC, ACT, QLD — 3–6 business days

      SA, WA, TAS, NT — 5–10 business days

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Orders Highland Hounds Pet Nutrition is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@highlandhoundspetnutrition.com.au with photos of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Perishable Products As our products are fresh whole-food meals and treats, we take care to package all orders appropriately. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, particularly during warmer months.
