What's in your food?
What ingredients do you use?
We use only whole-food ingredients — real proteins (chicken, beef, lamb, fish), fresh vegetables, fruits, and wholefood supplements. We never use rendered meat meals, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, or cheap grain fillers.
Are your products suitable for all breeds and ages?
Most of our range is suitable for adult dogs of all breeds. Email us at info@highlandhoundspetnutrition.com.au or WhatsApp if you're unsure about a specific product for your dog.
Where are your products made?
Everything is crafted in small batches in the Southern Highlands of NSW, Australia. Australian-made, Australian-owned, always.
Getting it to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee on all orders Australia-wide. Simple and fair.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days for most of Australia. We dispatch within 1–2 business days and send tracking via email.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your returns policy?
30-day happiness guarantee. If your dog doesn't love our product, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photo it and email info@highlandhoundspetnutrition.com.au immediately. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away.
